Gerard Pique has announced his retirement from international football. Speaking to the media, the 31-year old said,
I spoke to Luis Enrique and I told him my decision was made and pondered upon. It was a lovely time with the national team but now I want to focus on Barcelona.
Pique finishes his career with 103 caps for Spain and won the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 European Championship.
